This policy covers candyshortsnsfw.onl, called Candy Shorts: NSFW Guide in the text below. It describes what the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It does not cover Candy.ai, which has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
No accounts and no comments
You cannot register on this site, and there is no comment form. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details. If you write to us by email, we see your address and your message, and we use them only to reply.
Age confirmation
The site is for adults. When you confirm that you are 18 or older, your browser stores that choice in localStorage, a small storage area that stays on your own device. We do not set a cookie for it. The answer is not sent to our server, and you can erase it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. If you do, the age prompt returns on your next visit.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server records technical details of each request: your IP address, a timestamp, the address you asked for, your browser and device type, and the referring page. We use the logs to keep the site running, to spot abuse, and to fix errors.
Affiliate links to Candy.ai
Links and buttons that lead to Candy.ai are affiliate links. They carry a tracking parameter in the address, so Candy.ai can tell that a visit started on this site and credit us if you sign up or buy. We do not see your account on Candy.ai or anything you do there. What Candy.ai collects after you arrive is covered by its own policy, so read it before you create an account.
Tools that run in your browser
The Token Flip tool, which compares two series, runs entirely in your browser. The two series you pick are not sent to us and are not stored on our server.
How we use and share data
We use the information above only to operate and protect the site and to answer your messages. We do not sell personal data. Hosting providers process server logs on our behalf, and we may disclose information when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can clear localStorage and cookies in your browser settings, or block tracking parameters with a browser extension. If you wrote to us and want to know what we keep from your message, or want it deleted, write to the address below. Data protection laws where you live may give you further rights, and you can raise them the same way.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, write to us and we will delete the message.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. Please check it from time to time.
