The first swipe lands mid-reschedule. Someone has moved the boss's four thirty to four fifteen and reminds him he would be lost without them. Seconds later, a dinner invitation trails off before it is fully asked, and you can feel the hover.
Day One in a London Office
Under the Boss follows Harriet, a shy temp who walks into a London office convinced she does not fit among the stunners. The boss notices her at once. His PA notices him noticing, and that is where the trouble starts. Candy Shorts frames it as a forbidden fling, with a rival who has plenty of reasons to end it early.
Episode 1: A Tour the Boss Insists On
Harriet spends her first minutes panicking that she is not pretty enough for the place. The staff look like stunners, and she assumes the boss would not look twice at her. Then he does. She greets him with a muddled line about admiring "the company's work." He says he preferred her first answer. When a reminder comes about a nine o'clock meeting, orientation and paperwork, he waves it off to show Harriet around himself. The episode closes on his promise to show her "where the bodies are kept."
I played both free episodes as a Premium subscriber, phone in one hand. The writing leans on awkward small talk more than gloss. That makes Harriet easy to root for and keeps the boss from reading as a cliche.
Episode 2: The Cupboard and the White T-Shirt
Episode 2 opens outside a closed door, where someone keeps insisting he is only showing the new temp a cupboard. Colleagues trade gossip about how long the pair have been inside. Behind the door, the boss hands Harriet a company T-shirt and a hoodie. Then he plays the gentleman so she can try them on.
She asks for black, worried that cameras and white do her figure no favors. A second later she panics, having sworn at her boss on her first morning. His reply is that it suits her. Unsure if he means the white or the swearing, she fumbles for an answer. He says both, and one last curse closes the episode.
How Far the Office Flirting Goes
Under the Boss is rated Fiery, level 4 on the five-step scale in our is it porn guide. Nudity and sex stay out of both free episodes. The charge comes from innuendo, a shut cupboard door and a fitting that runs longer than the gossip outside thinks it should. It plays like an unread notification: the pull is in what you expect to find.
Who You Follow
No creator is credited on the Candy Shorts series page. The cast line lists Harriet Seagrave, the temp you follow from her first nervous minutes in the office. The PA is her main obstacle, and the boss is her biggest distraction. All three are fictional Candy characters, with no real performer behind them.
What the Ending Costs
Finishing the story costs three episodes at 12 tokens each, so 36 tokens. That matches the 12-token price of Room 742, also five episodes long. Under Her Watch charges 30 per episode and needs 90 tokens to finish. Check the pricing guide for plan details, and the free episodes page for what a login unlocks.
Watch It If, Skip It If
Watch it if you like a slow office build and a scheming rival. The story is short enough to finish before your battery drops. Skip it if you hoped the opening episodes would get explicit, or you want a long run. YES MA'AM stretches across 35 episodes, while Under the Boss ends at five.
